University Mathematics

The teaching objectives of University Mathematics are to enable students to grasp basic mathematical concepts and commonly used mathematical operations, train and foster students’ abilities in calculation and problem-solving, and prepare students in terms of mathematical knowledge for their future studies and careers.

 In accordance with the curriculum, all undergraduates are required to complete 3 credits of University Mathematics courses, including Linear Algebra, Management Mathematics, Advanced Mathematics, or Mathematics and Logic*.

 * Excluding Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Science in Automation and Systems Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Automation and Systems Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in Interdisciplinary Engineering (Technology and Management), Bachelor of Environmental Science and Engineering.
